This website and the sale of event tickets are operated bygo@ladieswhotech.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the site and/or purchasing tickets, you (“you”, “user”, “attendee”) agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase tickets.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Ticketing Terms (Non-Refundable Tickets)
2.1 All ticket sales are final — tickets are non-refundable. No refunds are offered (including service or payment processing fees) except where required by applicable UK law (e.g., if the event is fully cancelled with no alternative date).
2.2 Postponement. If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, email go@ladieswhotech.co.uk within 14 days of the postponement announcement; we will offer either a credit/voucher or a name transfer to another attendee. Monetary refunds are not provided for postponements.
2.3 Cancellation without reschedule.If the event is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, our liability is limited to a refund of the face value of the ticket you paid to us. Service/processing fees and your incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) are not reimbursed.
2.4 Name changes (ticket transfer). You may change the attendee name once, free of charge, up to 72 hours before the event start by emailing go@ladieswhotech.co.uk with the order number and new attendee details.
2.5 Resale. Tickets are for personal use. Unauthorised commercial resale or resale above face value may result in cancellation without compensation.
3. Online Store Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes. Breach of these Terms may lead to immediate termination of services.
4. General Conditions
We may refuse service at any time. Information you provide (excluding card data) may be transmitted unencrypted across networks; card data is always encrypted in transit. Do not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit the Service without our written consent.
5. Accuracy & Timeliness
Site materials are for general information and may not be current. We may modify content at any time without an obligation to update.
6. Modifications & Pricing
Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for such changes.
7. Products/Services
Online products/services may have limited quantities. We may limit sales to any person/region at any time. We do not warrant that products/services will meet your expectations.

We may refuse any order. You agree to provide accurate, current billing and account details and to update them as needed. For ticket matters, these Terms (Section 2) prevail over any general returns language.

By submitting ideas/materials, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or confidentiality obligations. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
We may correct errors and cancel orders where information is inaccurate, without prior notice.

16. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Termination
Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination. We may terminate access for breaches; you remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies posted on the site constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements or communications.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
20. On-Site Event Policies
20.1 Entry. Admission requires a valid ticket and matching photo ID.
20.2 Code of Conduct. We may refuse entry or remove individuals for harassment, hate speech, or other conduct breaches, without compensation.
20.3 Photography/Filming. By attending, you consent to being photographed/filmed for event reporting and marketing. If you object, contact go@ladieswhotech.co.uk in advance.
20.4 Accessibility & Adjustments.For accessibility requirements or reasonable adjustments, please email go@ladieswhotech.co.uk at least 7 days before the event.
